Shanghai Wild Animal Park
The kingdom of animals in Shanghai.
The Shanghai Wild Animal Park covers a surface area of 153 hectares and boasts more than 10,000 animals, representing more than 200 species. It's possible to tour the zoo on foot or by bus, or even view it from the top of the Ferris Wheel.
The kids with be delighted by the presentation of the animal show with the elephants, dogs, sheep, bears, tigers, monkeys, parrots in colourful display. Lots of other species await visitors in the zoo - wild beasts, herbivores, animals in pens like the giant pandas, the white tiger, kangaroos, crocodile island and many more.
Getting there:
Métro 2 stop at Zhangjiang High Technology Park, exit 5 then take a bus to the Zhangnan Line
