Fuxing Park (Fuxing Gongyuan)

Play and dance in the park.
The Fuxing Park was a private park during the period of the French Concession and opened to the French public on July 14th 1909. The "French Park" is now one of the most popular parks in Shanghai and boasts many restaurants and nightclubs.
Children are well catered for at Fuxing Park too with a carousel and bumper cars.
Those who enjoy a stroll will be enchanted with the beautiful rose garden and the 120 species of trees scattered throughout the park.
If you enter from the north you'll see the Chinese couples dancing by the statues of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engel. Why not join the dance?
